Mountain View Villa by Atlantic Holiday

House is located in the heart of Sao Vicente village, this is outstanding place with fascinating mountain views from every window of the house. There is decent amount of nice restaurants, bars and cofe houses on the shore (20min by feet from property). House is quite spacious, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

1. Ants. We noticed a lot of ants upon our arrival near closed kitchen entrance. In a few days they occupied the inside of the fridge. 2. We had dirty bedsheets. 3. Two bathrooms doesn't make much sense, since as soon as you open tap in one bathroom, water flow completely disappears from another bathroom. One more extremely annoying thing is leaking sink tap on the second floor, near bedrooms - it gives a loot of annoying noise in the night, so we had to put small sponge under it to make it not so loud. 4. Strange smell in the house. For me it seemed like paint smell, my friends said it's rather gasoline or gas. 5. Jacuzzi suppose to be a nice feature of the house, however it didn't heat up more than 32 degrees in 3 hours in a hot sunny day, such temperature was not pleasant, but bearable for guys and unbearable for girls in our company. Taking into account all items above, house feels quite overpriced. Thing to improve: our driver said that she would be greatly appreciated if there was a mirror on the entrance to road from the house.

La vue depuis la terrasse et le jaccuzi, l'emplacement, le côté privatif de la maison.

Odeur d'huile moteur provenant des parties privées (garage). Odeur de renfermé dans les chambres à l'étage. Manque d'équipement de base dans la cuisine. Très belle vue à l'extérieur mais complètement occultée par des films posés sur les vitres de tout le rez-de-chaussée, dommage pour une "mountain view villa".

A beautiful view off the veranda, from the kitchen and the living room. Good bedrooms, though the bed was a bit uncomfortable, but adequate. Good airy place with lots of windows. Kitchen had most things one would need (except an oven at least we couldn't find one). Bidet available and good shower/bath upstairs; good shower downstairs. A Jacuzzi was available. Nicely located for Sao Vicente and for the midland hiking trails and walks. Easy trip to Porto Moniz and the northwest coastal area. A few good restaurants down along the promenade in Sao Vicente.

The front gate locked itself open after two days and we couldn't close it. The jacuzzi took 6 hours to heat and really didn't get up[ to the temperature it was set to. We eventually did not use it. We could not unlock the back door. Not sure about the oven; we didn't need one, but noticed that there didn't seem to be one. Stove was adequate.

Es hat alles gepasst. Die Räumlichkeiten, Ausstattung und auch die schöne Aussicht.

Lage, Balkon, Aussicht, Badezimmer Größe, Parkplatz

Sauberkeit, Grundausstattung, Ablagen im Bad fehlen, für mehr als 2 Personen zu wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten

Gyönyörű fekvésű a ház, csodálatos a kilátás a hegyre, autóval könnyen megközelíthető. Kényelmes, tiszta, tágas a ház minden helyisége. Segítőkészek a szállásadók.

Mivel 5 főre szerettünk volna főzni, kicsit kevés volt a konyhai fazék, hiányzott a mosogatógép és sütő.

Belle maison bien placée, très belle vue, tranquille. Beau salon, plein d’espace, deux salles de bain, équipements de qualité, exemple frigo, télévision, connexion internet de qualité. Bien agréable l'hydromassage à bulles.

La dureté de la literie (ensemble matelas sommier pas à la hauteur pour les grands lits). Un petit manque d'équipement de cuisine, et une lave-vaisselle serait un vrai plus
