The location and the views. Security. Spacious Easy access for transport links to the City

The building was obviously one of the oldest in Camps Bay and this was reflected in the apartment appearing very “tired” and in need of some modernisation, e.g. more powerful showers, general re-decorating and maintenance, built in air conditioning. 2nd Bathroom very small relative to the size of the apartment. Mattress protector was stained, broken light switch for 2nd bathroom, sofa seat cushion was stained, broken window that could not be used, unable to use the safe as was open on the lock position and no instructions of how to use, some handles missing from furniture, missing tile on balcony
