Effie's Maisonette and Detached Studio

A cute studio really close to the sea, with a beautiful garden where you can relax. Everything is within walking distance — shops, cafés, and restaurants — so you don’t need a car.

Άνετο στούντιο με όμορφη βεράντα και κήπο. Πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα και δίπλα στα μαγαζιά.

Η αγγελία παρουσίαζε ένα κανονικό σπίτι/μεζονέτα, όμως όταν φτάσαμε διαπιστώσαμε ότι το κατάλυμα ήταν στην πραγματικότητα ένα κοντέινερ χωρίς καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες ή την περιγραφή. Οι οικοδεσπότες αντί να αναλάβουν την ευθύνη, μας είπαν ότι «αυτό κλείσαμε» και ότι έπρεπε να είχαμε καταλάβει από την τιμή πως οι φωτογραφίες αντιστοιχούσαν σε άλλο, ακριβότερο κατάλυμα. Θεωρώ απαράδεκτο να χρησιμοποιούνται παραπλανητικές φωτογραφίες και περιγραφές, ειδικά όταν κάποιος έχει ταξιδέψει για να φτάσει εκεί. Μετά από επικοινωνία με την Booking.com και αποστολή φωτογραφιών του πραγματικού χώρου όπου μας έβαλαν, δικαιωθήκαμε. Το ελάχιστο που θα έπρεπε να κάνουν είναι να δείχνουν με ειλικρίνεια το πραγματικό κατάλυμα ώστε ο κόσμος να γνωρίζει τι κλείνει.

Location

The property offer shown on Booking site looks like getting a maisonette with ground room and second floor,.....but we finally have got a very small one room house / studio placed in the garden of the property. There are about 45 pictures of the property starting with the maisonette pictures, but the studio/small house in the garden pictures are in the end of the pics queue shown on the website, so it's very easy some guest to be misleaded if not pay attention. What I mean ...it's very easy (& probably) that the guests may think booking the maisonette, but actually the booking is finally getting the garden placed studio/small house.....which looks as a container from the inside , by the way.... Probably the maisonette is a good one, but we haven't had a chance to see/try it, unfortunately!

The property was very well maintained and exceptionally clean and updated. Location was great for what we needed. Communication was wonderful.

Clean little place. Everything you need. Owners advised of a quiet beach away from beach bars. Lovely food option across from accommodation

Pool was out of order for repairs.

Totul a fost perfect! Curățenie și liniște. Aproape de taverne. O locație perfectă pt o escapadă cu familia , dacă vă doriți o locație intr un sat grecesc fara trafic și aglomerație Marea este la 5 min de mers pe jos

All of Amaliapolis is very tranquil and beautiful and the studio we rented is located near everything while being in a very quiet area. The outside area is beautifully decorated and very well kept. The studio is arranged in a container and while small, it has everything you need inside and out. The hosts were happy to help us with anything we needed. We would recommend it for charging the batteries and reconnecting with oneself. We would very much like to come back!
