ININININThis guest house offers you all the basic things that are required to live... they provide utensils so that you make something on your own like tea and it has stuff like washing machine and induction.. they are also flexiable with check in and check out timing... the location is also near road itself and is easily accessible.... it is near railway station, however a bit away from beach... the property is cleaned and well maintained....
There is nothing that i did not liked... the owner takes extra measures to communicate and to help us see the city... very polite and very humble... the caretaker also tries her level best to communicate though we don't know to speak in telugu... i will always recommnd this property to other... you will enjoy the stay... hospitality is also great... fully satisfied with our stay...
INWe stayed at this place while proceeding on a road trip and liked it so much that we again stayed at the same place during our return journey. The host, Mr. Rahul, is a great gentleman and tries to keep the guests comfortable; the stay had all the necessary facilities, including a stove and cooking equipment (we did not use them, though). The place is in a residential locality and closer to good restaurants and other essential stores. I suggest this stay for families and friends groups equally.
The stay is in a narrow lane, and the parking space on the ground floor is a little cramped. We can still park on the road though. Though the host, Mr. Rahul, is a thorough gentleman, the caretakers seem to have some kind of malafide intentions. We had to shift rooms with all our heavy baggage after traveling for long durations just due to a miscommunication/ intentional deed by the caretaker.
INThe area is nice, quiet and clean. Owner was very friendly,and the rooms were comfortable.In summary we all enjoyed our stay and wish we stayed longer. The place is suitable for families it is also close to the beach.
INOverall stay was good everthing was as shown in the images and pleasant environment with no disturbance
