Skyline Penthouse, Private Pool & Rooftop Oasis

Good area, close to Waterfront - accessible for driving in and out of the city with ease - and security personnel very pleasant.

Toilet in main bedroom wasn't working, didn't work when I checked in and wasn't fixed during my 5 days stay, same with air-con - in this heat, iron wasn't working either, had to ask for a new one which came day later, had resorted to buying my own from Checkers Sixty60, gas stove needed a lighter, was not self igniting, dryer overheating and never finished a load - WhatsApp support line took their sweet time to respond to all these requests. I didn't get my money's worth - in fact I'm owed an apology for having paid for 2 bathroom unit and having to use my children's toilet for the entire 5 day stay with no working aircon. How do you checkin a guest knowing ensuite toilet isn't working? Would they have checked me in having paid 90% of the costs? I am appalled. Was under same agency in March 2023 we asked for assistance re TVs in bedrooms not working and help with operation of oven microwave - nothing nice to say about that stay either.

a bit confused between the reception, and the property management. Also not 100% straight forward to get keys when we arrive. Air conditioning was pretty complicated to make work correctly (did not manage). A bit confusing to mention that it's a penthouse and the "property" has a pool: it's actually NOT a penthouse, and there is no private pool. It's a pool fully shared with the entire building, and the apartment has no terrasse, only balconies. In short, it's a nice apartment but no penthouse.
