"The worst beds ever"

The location. The rooms are small and outdated but very clean.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The matress was super hard and uneven and the pillows as well. We got a lot of back and neck pain and we could not sleep that well. We asked for a topper or if we could change rooms that they did not have a topper and did not offer any other solution. We ended up booking another hotel for the second night so we could have a proper rest. The personnel didnt help or apologize and were there just for a paycheck. The photos are amazing but the hotel lobby is actually very small. The carpet is pretty dirty.. I mean it is a budget hotel and we didnt expect a luxury hotel services. But we hoped for a more welcoming and accommodating staff and a more cleaned hotel in the common areas.
