Cosy Modern Apartment With Free Parking

Lovely little apartment with everything you need and a short walk to principality stadium and the centre.

Lovely little apartment, ideal for 1 or 2 people for a couple of days away. If available, on road parking is just round the corner. The apartment itself is very cosy and they've made great use of the space. It's clean with nice decor and very private. About a 20 minute walk into the city centre. I read another review on this before booking which explained the damage deposit which is asked for separately to the online booking. This isn't made very clear and had I not read the other review I would've thought it was a scam too. Hopefully this is refunded in the next few days once the apartment has been checked over.

the apartment was very easy to find sat nav directions takes you right outside. The free parking is just around the corner on the road if available. apartment was clean, just what we needed for our stay.

at the time of booking on booking.com it wasn't made very clear that a damage deposit was needed I would normally book hotel chains and they don't normally require a damage deposit so after having the confirmation through I believed that was all booked bit then I received a text message from a unknown number asking for a £100 deposit. so it did feel like a scam to start with. so I emailed the owners and checked the small print of the confirmation it was there in black and white that a deposit was needed to stay here. after they check they apartment for damages, I will receive the deposit back. I completely agree with damage deposits, but I will say this one in particular wasn't made 100% clear at the time of booking, so I felt a little uneasy parting with the money. fingers crossed they see that all is well in the property and I'll have my deposit back. I still recommend this apartment for you're stay it was ideal for me and my partner it was raining, so took an Uber to the city centre you could easily walk if needed.
