The owner !!!! I had the most horrible experience in this location I canceled the reservation because the owner of this apartment He was rude to me and offended me and humiliated me , we find another place at the last minute and I lost my money!!! 😞 0 star

We arrived on a cold and wet evening and entered the apartment which was cold and damp. There is no heating appliances and the A/C could not offer warm air. The water boiler had only enough hot water for a single warm shower and would not offer any more hot water again until next morning. The blankets were not warm enough to keep us warm at night and we had to sleep in our day jackets huddled together to stay warm. Needless to say we vacated the apartment the next.morning. The host doesn't seem to put in much effort to make sure the guests have a pleasant stay.

We couldn’t switch on the AC. The room was so cold and we had to sleep there for 3 nights. The staff was not responsive and helpful.

The washer/dryer didn't work and we were counting on it.
