Their staff are accommodating, polite, and reasonable. It’s walking distance to the beach.

The road to the property is narrow and can allow one vehicle to pass at a time. The road is not so busy, so it’s bearable.

"Very accomodating resort at Iba."

The staff are very accomodating and location is good with a short three minutes walk to beach.

We did not like that the staff allowed incoming guest to be on our designated outdoor space and allowed them to wait while we still have over 4 hours of time until our check out. The staff are very accomodating, but it is also up to the staff to ensure all guest follow resort rules for all to enjoy. We wish them all the best as they are very good host.
