Blisko do centrum i do dworca, duże wygodne łóżko, bardzo czysto i nowoczesne mieszkania. Mieszkania znajdują się w piwnicy więc jest tylko jedno małe okno, natomiast jest też klimatyzacja aby schłodzić pokój.
