"Passable"

The room is in the basement with a tiny window. The building is run down, as the area is. The fridge is very loud at night. All in all low value for money and not what we expected.

"Decent but there are probably better options nearby"

Good location, walking distance to old town, the beach and lots of shops nearby. Host was very accomodative and check in procedure is smooth. Room was clean and recently renovated, everything was new.

Unfortunately the listing doesnt mention that the room is underground on -1 level, kind of like an renovated basement. The air was very moist always, even when turning the AC on and we had no place to dry our clothes or towels from the beach except the very moist bathroom so they were wet even the day after. The building is also located on a very busy noisy road with constant traffic. Overall it was a decent stay but i wouldnt say its good value for money and there are probably better options in this area.
