City Penthouse with Scenic View Balcony

All on one level for disabled mobility and secure parking

On our arrival we were told the flat wasn’t available because of a broken boiler we were sent to an unsuitable alternative for the night which we couldn’t check into until 3 hrs after the advertised check in time. We had driven 8 hrs down from Scotland. As the initial booked was in the same block we knocked at the flat door we had booked only for it to be answered by another family who was staying there, who also informed us the boiler was fine. it was clearly double booked and we were lied to continuously by the host who is not to be trusted, we received no apologies or no compensation as two of our party couldn’t stay because of mobility issues in the alternative flat which had very steep stairs inside.

Location was perfect as was the spacious rooms. The property has a lot of potential but was massively let down by the dirty kitchen, unusable kettle and very poor communication from hosts

Lack of communication regarding parking which led to issues. Issues with access as key code wasn’t sent on time and a filthy unusable kitchen and appliances led to a very disappointing stay. Still chasing up deposit also and complaints have not been followed up. Appalling service

Lack of basic supplies, such as no hand soap or toilet paper. No cleaning supplies, such as dish towels, sponges or hand dish washing soap. . Old stains on walls, food and garbage under furniture. Shower/tub filthy, shower curtain filthy with mold, fills up when showering. No balcony access. Windows dirty, drip marks on insides.

Great location, very quiet penthouse apartment with secure parking.

Lovely wrap around balcony but no key to access it. Technical issues meant we didn’t get check in details and had to keep chasing for info.

The location was great, close to everything.
