作為國際飯店，僅提供罐裝水沒有提供飲水機，造成環境污染及浪費，建議可以新增以符合社會期待

內部流程不一、櫃檯人員的服務態度不佳（反饋問題，但只能得到官方回應、感受不到真的有為顧客著想的那份心） 內部的問題不該由顧客承擔，google上的評論回覆總是機器人回法，對比過去其他低分評論都沒有改善 五星的是硬體設施、室內設計、地理位置，但整體櫃檯人員的服務品質配不上五星
