"Won’t be back!"

3.0

The Lodge itself was quite good, although sofa’s and beds were poor quality.

Position of Lodge was only a few metres from a very busy road. Sleeping was very difficult. Then it rained, road noise got louder, and rain dripped from overhanging trees into roof of lodge. Bed was uncomfortable. No instructions on how to use any of the appliances. No parking adjacent to lodge. Building site for a view.

lodge No1. The lodge was spacious light and warm on our arrival the lounge diner & kitchen is a fantastic space light and airy with large forward looking double glazed window. One double bedroom with ensuite bathroom one good sized bedroom with 2 single beds and a good sized bathroom with a bath and shower. The lodge was very comfy, clean, warm and well equipped with most things you need to have a trouble free stay. WiFi was brilliant we had no brocken connections. Car space was directly outside our lodge. The grounds around the lodges were well kept with grass cutting ongoing whilst we were there. There's also the Cruin restaurant on site which we can highly recommend 👌.

Could you please install soap/sponge holders in the shower cubicles it would make having a shower a more pleasant experience, also there wasn't a shower tray slip mat, we found it difficult to keep our feet entering and leaving the shower we had a tendency to slip on the already soapy surface of the try, to bend to pick up the soap and not slip at the same time

Been before but always like the layout and the style of the cabin.

Just slightly out of the way location wise. Everything else perfect.

"Easter in Balloch"

10.0

Great location for Balloch and of course the Loch and getting out to do some walking. Having The Cruin close by for a drink or dinner by the water was perfect. We loved the walk in cupboards for storage. It snowed the day after we arrived but the lodge was toasty warm and so we'll insulated, we barely had the heating even on. We also loved the wine fridge

If I could change one thing it would be not being able to hear the cars on the main road.

"Gorgeous views & Great times"

10.0

The location was stunning with a wide range of activities nearby. The staff were really helpful and super friendly. (Especially thankful of the groundskeeper who patched the potholes on the track to the lodge as my car is quite low). The cabin was so well equipped we could of actually lived there without needing anything extra. It was very clean and quiet. Great value for money.
