The proximity to Newberg was great.

The master shower dripped.

We loved the location! Beautiful view, day & night. Excellent ambiance in the whole house. We enjoyed the spa and really appreciated the pieces of wood that were laid out for us to have a nice fire outside! Ample kitchen with cooking pans, utensils, etc as we did a lot of cooking at the house! All Great!

Only one thing needs to be fixed. The shower in the master bedroom kept dripping water and because it's so quiet up there, the drop hitting the shower floor was very loud & consistent. It didn't work to tighten up the showerhead so I laid a washrag on the floor where the drop came down. That softened the noise! But I would change out that showerhead! Also, the toilet in the other bathroom had a hard time flushing so perhaps check that out too!

There was a coffee pot but no coffee available

Private and quiet. Excellent space for dining/playing games.

Google maps had us pass the driveway, so you have to be paying attention to the green address reflector to not miss it.
