Tidy room, poor amenities,I'll ventilation of air, food.

The view was very nice and the housekeeping team and kitchen team were very supportive and very active .

The manager had not solutions for anything , the hotel didn’t had extra pillow’s and some problem with cleaning too

Breakfast was not served irrespective of requesting them to serve. Also, staff at reception told me that breakfast is not complementary in this hotel, whereas booking confirmation says breakfast is included and I have the proof. Secondary, to request for the tea, I had to remind them 3 times. I highlighted this incident with hotel manager Mr. Vivek , however, after this, instead service was more pathetic, so I understood it is waste of time.

Property is good; however, service is pathetic. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. At the time of checkout wrong bill was generated, few items I had not ordered but it was included in the bill, it was removed later. One important factor I want to highlight, which I have experienced, that is lack of co-ordination between the reception and the kitchen. It seems no one was bothered about the customer. I am not sure, if this feedback will be taken seriously but I have a habit to telling the truth.
