Communication with hosts was excellent. They were very responsive and informative about parking, which worked out fine. Property has the basic amenities. Loved having a bunk room for the kids. Neighborhood turned out to be very quiet.

The small bathroom was pretty tight, but the upstairs one was very spacious. The room up there was very nice and my parents enjoyed it.

Firstly, the hot water on the top floor shower is boiling hot but unadjustable. Tried multiple times but won't be able to turn the temperature down - the shower is basically unusable. It almost burned my skin when I tried it. Now everyone has to resort to the shower downstairs. Secondly, the hygiene in the kitchen is also a concern. We found out that spoons and mugs are not washed - they either contain tea leaves or tea residue. The first dish inside the cupboard as I pulled it out was not dry but filled with water instead (not a few drops but literally filled it up), so as some other bowls and mugs. Some other containers, dishes, glasses were found inside the dishwasher, not in the cupboard and seems to me is a cleaning job undone. The cleaning is not done to the right standard nor is it ready for people to move in. I tried to call the number listed on booking.com but turned out your hotline is no longer in use. I tried to text the property via booking.com and got the reply ONLY on the check out date, i .e. 22/7. The property promised to give us a call after inspection but I don't seem to have received any follow up calls. To be fair, I texted again last night and there's still no responses...

great little place - very tidy and spacious. close to the locks shops and a 10 min walk into the centre. Would highly recommend 👌🏻
