Прежде чем забронировать отель, я долго читала отзывы, смотрела на рейтинги и решила остановиться на этом, так как никаких плохих отзывов не нашла. Прежде всего хочется начать с расположения отеля, это какое-то забытое богом место, где нет ни магазинов рядом, ни каких-то кафе, вокруг трущобы, мусор и разбитая дорога. Когда нас привезли к отелю, я молилась, чтобы это был не он. Второе - на что я сразу же обратила внимание, это отсутствие пляжа (а на фото на букинге он есть), в момент нашего прибытия был отлив, так вот под ним даже песка не было, не понимаю откуда на фотографиях стоят шезлонги. Перед отелем есть маленький грязный бар. Мы бронировали бунгало. Нас заселили в только что «убранный» номер. Было все настолько пыльное, что мы не понимали куда положить свои вещи, на потолке было неимоверное количество паутины, состояние ванной комнаты, будто она прошла афганскую войну, грязно, что похожее на душевой шланг, рядом стоит ведро с ковшом, ржавые полки для полотенец, полотенца, кстати, тоже дали «чистые» с какими-то пятнами. До самого ближайшего пляжа надо ехать, ни в какой пешей доступности его нет. Никаких вот этих вечерних огоньков на улице, как на фотографиях, нет. В 20-21 час уже все выключено, кромешная тьма, без возможности провести время на улице, сидя перед морем. В общем, я абсолютно не поняла хороших отзывов на этот отель. Мы бронировали на 4 ночи, но уехали оттуда ранним утром следующего же дня. Итог, испорчен он настроение и потеря денег. НЕ СОВЕТУЮ!

Ocean view from 3rd floor

I booked this place because of nice pictures, in reality it was absolutely different. Thanks God we only booked for 2 days. First the road to this "pearl" looks like after battlefield. The beach in front of hotel is one solid rock look at the pic. also its smelly and slippery you can easily brake smth. Since rocky beach there's no any infrastructure, no bars, no restaurant, no nothing, only dirty rocky beach full of hungry dogs, abandoned houses, homelesses. Room was clean at least, but the bathroom ceiling was dark and horribly smelly from mold which is very dangerous to your health. They never clean it. We kept door shut whole time.Bath towels were old with holes and rusty spots. On first day we also killed giant coacroach in bathroom. Couple mid size coacroaches we found in sink later. After check in we decided to take a shower but there was no hot water, we asked to fix it, stuff told us they can only do that on next day. WOW! Breakfast is included , but its very minimal. We asked for beef,rice and juice, lady said they don't have it, besides in hotel were only 3 couple us included. So we had rice, tiny egg and 2 little sausages with rusty silverware . Tables outside are broken and dirty. On next day toilet broke so we asked to fix it and left by the time we came back which was 7 pm we found out that light in hotel was shut off and not gonna work by next morning or even more, so no air conditioner, phones dead and can't be charge. Plumber who was fixing our toilet forgot to turn on water. So we had no light, no water. Of course NO compensation were provided! Stuff don't speak english well, so its hard to communicate, they always try to charge you for something, which I we don't need. Not helpful and not friendly. When we checked out found giant drown rat in a front yard of that "pearl" So don't ruin your stay on island, find something close to Alona beach. Stay safe!

This resort is right on the beach, it's away from the main touristy spots which is lovely, only locals swimming on the beach. The accommodation was excellent and so was the selection of foods. Breakfast included a variety of fresh local fruits and Buko was available. I loved the peace and of course the water is crystal clear and great for swimming. The staff were really helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again

They were able to accommodate us during our New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day stay, which we really appreciated. The beach atmosphere was wonderful—perfect for relaxing without spending too much. On top of that, they prepared delicious meals for us, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Nothing in particular stood out as a downside. The distance from the main road was expected, and considering the price we paid, it was absolutely worth it.

Cogimos la habitación con dos camas grandes, es muy espaciosa, está muy limpia. Además viene equipada con cocina, lavadora y secadora. Cogimos el tercer piso y tiene unas vistas impresionantes. Solo nos quedamos una noche pero el desayuno y la comida estaban muy buenos. Es un sitio con mucho encanto y el personal muy simpático. Hay muchos perritos, pero no hacen nada, son muy respetuosos.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich! Wir durften unsere Taschen nach dem Check-Out noch dort lassen, da wir einen recht späten Flug hatten. Sie waren super flexibel! Die Lage war wunderschön! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
