Central studio flat with parking permit

Great styling, well equipped and great position. The parking made such a difference and I liked having no stairs.

Would have liked a squishy sofa that was more cosy.

Fantastic accommodation. Clean and comfortable. Lovely facilities and free parking close by. Nice hot shower with good water pressure. Walking distance to the city centre. Hosts were easy to communicate with

We loved the little extras ie the heart shaped welcome chalk board, the bar of chocolate, the drinks in the fridge and how clean it was! Thanks also for great quick communication re activating the parking permit

At first it was tricky to find but once we found it, the location was great to walk to the city.

Very comfortable and well thought through for guests.

Parking wasn’t super clear on initial instruction, with Bath being so busy we ended up driving in circles for a bit.

The apartment was clean and well laid out, with everything we needed and more. Bed was comfy, parking and location was fab too!

We didn’t think to check the closeness to the train track, we could hear the trains but they didn’t bother us as services didn’t run too late/early.

We loved how much space you have in the flat. It is much larger than a hotel room, and you have additional amenities such as a full kitchen, TV, and sofa! The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of tourism in Bath! The location was really great too, whilst the flat is not in the city centre, its a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of the city, meaning you are as close as can be without dealing with the noise of the city. Check in was easy with a keypad, meaning no possibility of losing the keys! Communication was great.

We had no problems with the flat, there were perhaps a couple of factors to be aware of. The flat is near to a main road or perhaps a train line, and you can occasionally hear a load vehicle passing in the night. It didn't bother us at all but might if you are a particularly light sleeper. The Flat also had a very minor smell of damp in some areas, which really is a feature of Bath properties in general. A dehumidifier was provided, and it also never affected our stay.
