Ruth was very welcoming and clear with her instructions regarding checking in and accessing the property, being available for queries, and facilitating property management with our check-in. Would look forward to staying again when visiting Nairobi. The hotel was walking distance to restaurants and shopping malls, with friendly people that were happy to help.

I stayed 4 nights. I requested a quiet room and that’s exactly what I got. I was on 9th floor with city view. Apartment was spacious. Bed as quite comfortable. WiFi was adequate. But I had one issue with it that was immediately resolved by the housekeeper. Room was clean and I was given the opportunity to wash clothes which the housekeeper offered hang up to dry. Apartment is in a central area within walking distance of small shops in Chinatown as well as the large Junction Mall which has restaurants and a very large supermarket.

On check-in there was minor damage to a room divider and to a wall and some furniture. I photographed these things and sent the photos to manager Helen. The shower was not hot. It was room temperature. This is even though I followed all instructions with this electrical shower. I informed Helen. As I was leaving the next day, she said she would have it repaired the next day.

No Air Conditioning, though not really needed in Nairobi. However, you cannot open the windows in the night because of mosquitoes.

Bedside lamps didn't work, washing machine had dirty washing in it, only one towel on bed for 2 guests, no instructions about how the water heater worked , no air-conditioning even though it was included in the description and this was why we chose the place, the internet didn't work for a while. It took us over an hour to get sorted out with everything. This after a long day stuck in Narok because of protests. The description on booking.com does not match the apartment , there is no pool view unless you step outside and the terrace mentioned is on another floor.

Clean, secure and comfortable. Host was very responsive.
