Location good. Pamona station has good connections but lift not working while there so had to carry pushchair up 5 flights of stairs! Bear in mind if accessibility is crucial. Washer/dryer handy Has potential with some tlc and removal false advertising

Advertised with dishwasher but NO DISHWASHER Key collection is far. If you don't drive, collecting from east west is a challenge in itself! Ensuite bathroom lights so dim we couldn't use Needs maintenance. Blind strings off the wall. Door latches broken. Bulbs need sorting. Lamps not working. Has 'aesthetic' accents but they dont work like clocks! Floors/rug feel grimey. Needs deep clean Toilet seats round on square base and pinched my thigh! Blinds do not block much light Doors light and noisy Awful smell from bin area as walking in through car park Felt staff said what they needed to but not helpful. No offer to fix issues raised. No offer to compensate for the lack of dishwasher though we booked and paid for property that advertised one (we had a 19m old with us so laundry and dishwasher were requirmeents when booking)

The flat is brand new and very close to the Red line station. I could go straight to the Manchester train station within 20 min. I only used on double bedroom. It's a great flat and great value for money.

A fantastic apartment, in a great location. (5 star)!! The apartment was like a show home, everything was immaculate, beds were really comfortable, bathroom and en suite were clean and modern, open plan living and dining room was beautiful. Secure building and lifts, with card access only. Hosts were helpful from checking in to checking out. When we next book, a weekend away for Manchester, this will be our No 1 choice!
