"Exceptional"

Great comfortable cottage. Attention to detail given... Very good location next to downtown and not too far from the beach. Very reasonably priced! The host was very responsive to our needs! Highly recommend staying here.

"Wonderful getaway"

Loved the quick drive to the beach and all the things to do within walking distance to the cottage! We also loved that we had access to all of the beach supplies that we needed and happy that it i was a keyless entry because in our group we are alwys losing something!

"We had decided to stay an extra day. Tracy was easy to work with to accommodated us."

Since we spent a week in Florida. It was nice to be more comfortable then in a hotel.

The bed we slept in was like a foam mattress. you sank in the bed. A little to soft.

"Pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood."

The location was great. The little house is on a quiet street but very close to larger streets that take you to downtown Sarasota within ten minutes or so. We had no trouble with the key code. The little house has two nice bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room/dining room and a kitchen. The dining room table is placed so you can look out the window. We were easily able to access the wi-fi and located the thermostat for the heater. If you go through the garage to the outside, there is a lovely backyard where you can relax. It was too cold for us to enjoy that area, bur we were not there long. My friend who often travels to Sarasota said she'd be happy to stay there again.

It was difficult to find the trash can/recycle bins and we had to open many cupboards in the kitchen before we found the bins nicely tucked away in a cupboard.
