Log fire ,kids games ,large TV’s

Dirty and un-clean property Dust and rubble around and behind furniture Mould and flaking walls poorly finished around bathrooms bodge job Carpet by bedroom door nails sticking through Electric sockets didn’t work Light bulbs missing from lamps Damage on kitchen floor Cupboard doors broken 6 adults and 3 children on 2 beds and 1 sofa bed Front door opens straight onto main road not good with 2 dogs and 3 kids Back garden not secure enough for dogs and kids can access the high street Old carpets and cigarette ends by back door and uncared grass area for kids to play 3 cars and no off road parking ,we had to try to find some were to park each time we went out

Nothing! Everything was perfect

Loved everything about the property! Initially I had concerns that it wasn’t a genuine listing as I had only been given a postcode for check in. However, the landlord was quick to address this and provide me with all details which made me feel more at ease. Turned out to be a fantastic stay. Me and my partner had the entire 4 bedroom house to ourselves. We really enjoyed relaxing in front of the log burner sharing a bottle of wine or two

Fabulous stay at this very homely house. Everything we needed was available, the pamper was a very thoughtful touch. Hosts were most helpful and available to contact at any time. Amazing location for some beautiful walks.

Just found it a little cold.

Property is amazing. Spacious, clean and homely. Did not want to leave! Welcome hamper really made us smile. Do not hesitate in booking this property, you will not be dissapointed. Great host too, fab communication. We will be back.

There is absolutely nothing to not like!

Lovely spacious property in a good location. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of cosy seating. We really liked the swing chairs. We lit the fire during our stay which kept the place warmer as it was a cold weekend and the fire supplemented the radiators. There was a lovely big hamper of treats waiting for us, some beers in the fridge and plenty of store cupboard items . The house is located a few minutes walk from the Longendale trail which is a great walk. Hadfield has a few shops and some pubs and take aways etc and there are lots more businesses in nearby bigger Glossop

An enclosed space for the dog at the back would have been good but it didn’t spoil our stay

What a beautiful place! Decorated so nice and there was some lovely Christmas decorations too, lots of personal touches! The host was so lovely, he phoned us beforehand to see if we needed anything and to ask what complimentary drinks we would like! Would absolutely stay here again☺️☺️

The bed I stayed in was so so comfy (the biggest room) But the other 2 double beds my friends said were very hard and they struggled to sleep, that’s the only dislike- everything else was perfect!
