Pathetic staff, charged much more than showing on app, small rooms, with very late food service, inefficient staff, rudly talking and charged double amount, saying we don't accept booking.com charges

Location

Receptionist was very rude and arrogant, he refused to take payment using the ap by stating that you've to pay online prices. Also i have to call multiple time to get soap and towel. Wifi was very very poor

Location was good

Behaviour of receptionist, he was very arrogant. They deny online booking and asked me to make cash payment or their QR code, however as i was getting discounted price while making online payment however they refuse to consider that payment and asked me to pay higher. Wifi was ver poor same lime the service, i have to call multiple times to reception for providing soap.
