I didn't like anything at the hotel

My room was flooded with water late at night, and I had an 8:00 AM flight to catch. When I checked in, I specifically asked the front office staff for a wake-up call and even reminded the night shift team later. Despite this, I never received the call. When I mentioned this to the morning shift staff during checkout, instead of addressing the issue, the person argued and blamed the lack of communication on the previous shift not updating him
