Seafront Studio with Stunning Terrace - Sliema, Malta

The property was in a good position.

It was rather small. Could do with a bit of updating. One set of towels each for a week is. It nearly enough.

Unfortunately, our stay at this property was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The problems began even before we entered the apartment. The access code provided for the door was incorrect, leaving us waiting outside and struggling to gain entry after a long and exhausting journey. Communication was slow and inefficient, which only added to the stress of the situation. Once we finally entered the apartment, we were shocked by its condition. The level of cleanliness was far below what any guest should reasonably expect. To make matters worse, we found cockroaches in the apartment on our very first night. Spending a night in a dirty room while dealing with cockroaches is not something anyone should experience during their holiday. Although the property eventually arranged for cleaning, this happened only after we had already spent the first night in unacceptable conditions. What made the experience even more frustrating was the fact that the property refused to refund us for that first night, despite the room being dirty and infested with cockroaches. Charging guests for accommodation that clearly fails to meet basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene is simply unacceptable. Communication throughout our stay remained poor, and we often felt that our concerns were not taken seriously enough. The only positive aspect of this property was the view, which was genuinely beautiful and exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, a nice view cannot compensate for poor cleanliness, cockroaches, access issues, and inadequate customer service. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property and sincerely hope future guests will not have to go through the same situation.

Some cutlery was unwashed upon arrival, cracks in the ceiling being cause to concern about structural integrity of the building, Furniture was damaged and considering it was in the bathroom is prone to damp seeping into it which causes rotten wood and to top it off I discovered black mold in the AC unit

TERRACE

When we arrived, the electricity wasn’t working, so we had to wait for a repairman. We also found a live cockroach in the coffee machine.

This is a small but comfortable studio for two. The apartman is situated near the Sliema beach and promenade, and have breathtaking view from the huge rooftop terrace. The room is well equipped with IPTV, kitchen, etc. The ferry station to Valletta takes 10 minutes by foot. The public transport is excellent - but not cheap. Thanks for the gratis taxi from the airport and the coffee capsules.

The bathroom is small and its furniture is warped. There was no oil, salt or other spices in the kitchen - we have left. The financial administration was slow a bit.

Romantico appartamento sul lungo mare di Sliema. Si tratta di un monolocale ottimamente disposto con una finestra a tutta parete che regala una vista stupenda anche dall'interno (dal letto si possono godere delle stupende albe). Ma il pezzo forte è sicuramente l'ampio terrazzo dove poter fare colazione o pranzo/cena godendo di una vista mozza fiato sul mare e su Sliema. Anche il rumore del traffico non è un problema perché la posizione dell'appartamento (settimo e ultimo piano) e gli ottimi infissi aiutano ad eliminarlo. Un plauso al team che gestisce questa location molto rapido e gentile nel fornire risposte alle richieste inviate.

Solo un suggerimento...sostituire il mobiletto del bagno per una questione estetica

Labai gera lokacija prie pat pajūrio promenados, puikus vaizdas į jūrą, didelė terasa su dviem gultais ir staliuku su kėdėmis, žalia žolės imitacijos minkšta danga. Visą reikiama virtuvės įranga ir reikmenys. Netoli autobusų stotelės, lengvas įsiregistravimas ir aiškios instrukcijos, netoli keltų prieplaukos ir visų restoranų ir parduotuvių. Nuo ryto saulė apšviečia terasą ir galima degintis iki pat popietės.

Keletas tarakonų, keletas uodų, jau truputį atnaujinimo reikalaujantys keli baldai. Televizorius nieko nerodo ir nebuvo jokių instrukcijų kaip prisijungti savo telefoną prie TV.

Sehr klein. Kaum warmes Wasser zum duschen. Umgebung war sehr laut.
