Downtown getaway apartments by Prime Rentals IV

The apartment is very well located, close to the main intercity hubs and the city centre of Kaunas. It is equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Perhaps it would be good to have a little bit more cutlery, and that's it. There are no local neighbours in the building, all other apartments are rentals as well.

There is no elevator in the building; be ready to carry your luggage up to the top floor.

Not equipped very well, dirty bed sheet, toilet not cleaned on arrival and hardly no kichen utensils. No information on how to use things in the apartment

The apartment looks neat and cozy. Air conditioning is a plus in summer (shows in Fahrenheit, you need to google temperatures). Convenient location.

We stayed for a month. Nothing was done to make us feel welcome and comfortable for such a long time. The kitchen equipment is pathetic - two forks, one knife, one teaspoon. Of course there is no wine opener - no wine glasses either. During such a long stay, it is customary to provide cleaning services (in the apartment there is only a vacuum for self-cleaning, there are no brooms or tools for wet cleaning), but I was told that I would have to pay for it. We received four medium-sized towels, not one shower towel. One bed linen. We also received hand soap diluted with water, apparently it would be cheaper for them. It was all topped off by being told to leave cash on the table for a city tax when leaving. The city's laws exempt the city tax for stays longer than a month, but they still demanded it by showing a note on the Booking.com order form that such a tax would need to be paid. And of course in cash only - to take it for yourself and not have to do accounting. The apartment has such good potential if not for the low-level hosts.
