The property has been renovated. The rooms were in decent shape.

1. The 1st room that I was given had a strong smell of paint or something, which made it very uncomfortable. However the room was changed and the 2nd one was better. 2. The railway line is just across the road. Noise from the passing trains was extremely disturbing because of which it was not possible to get a good night's sleep. 3. There was no provision for tea/ breakfast. The staff had to get tea from some tea stall nearby. Had to wait till the staff was free to get some. 4. It seemed that there was only 1 boy to attend to the needs of the guests.
