The apartment it self was nice and was equipped with everything you needed for the number of quests. The location was excelent and easy to get to. Because of how the apartment is equipped you can easily live there even for longer stays (stove, washing machine for cloth and dishes, oven, cutlery and dishes). The apartment seemed also cleaned throughly when we arrived.

There were some things in the bathroom that could be better maintain (in the shower only the fixed water head worked, the smaller one could not be activate, and could be better ventilated as the initial contact with the bathroom air was not that pleasing - smelled like closed space - however it quickly dissipated once the door was left opened) and the wine glasses can be better checked as one of them was chipped and we only noticed it while using it. Also 2 of the 3 bedrooms are rather on the small side, but cosy nonetheless.

We really enjoyed our stay in Budapest in this beautiful and perfectly clean apartment. Very comfortable, well designed, everything is new and very well maintained, definitely would recommend it and would like to come back again! The free parking was absolutely great, 2-3 minutes away walking distance, very nice and safe underground parking garage.

Everything- location, facilities. Aparment is very cozy and I am sure that we will be back.

The apartment is nicely renovated, clean, light and airy. Having two toilets was a bonus with 5 people. It felt safe in spite of a few homeless people in the nearby square and, as the block is on the end of a no-through road and next to a pedestrianised street, it was lovely and quiet. It's a few hundred metres to the nearest tram stop if you want to get out to eg Parliament or Margaret Island, but only 10 mins to walk the Market Hall and then over the bridge to Buda and the Gellert Spa. Places to eat and drink abound nearby and the architecture is beautiful. Clearly this is an 'up and coming area' as renovations are underway all over the place. It is already lovely and can only get better.

We arrived *really* late, long after all shops and restaurants had closed. Despite the apartment having instant coffee and sugar, we'd have really appreciated a pint of milk and maybe a packet of biscuits or something - this would be common as a 'welcome pack' in the UK but perhaps not so much in Hungary. Fortunately we had a few bits with us and were able to get out early the next morning to the Spar round the corner and pick up breakfast items. (We could have just as easily gone to one of the cafes nearby too.)
