the property has a very homely and warm vibe. Waking up to a sunrise view.

NO HOT WATER IN BATHROOM! Access to hot water is essential especially if property provided air condition. The bathroom even provide a bath tub, soak in cold water? There is a beach fronting property but it is muddy and dry, with no water.

This unit is very beautifully decorated and modern. Checkin instruction were send ro is beforehand and well communicated.

No pork or alcohol allowed to be consumed on the property . Be warned, no cooking at all, not even a microwave to heat up food. No hot water on the premises. I found these points very disappointing for such a beautiful unit.

This is a beautiful, modern, clean property which is a 15 minute drive from the jetty, everything is double glazed so you feel like no bugs can get in - which is a bonus! It actually felt like a home.

Last minute instructions from the owners - no beer / pork allowed

The host is so helpful. He will guide us throughout the check in process. We were so delighted to get a complementary fruit upon check in. The space is ample and well organized. My personal favourite is the wooden deck. The unit is facing the beach, we can lepak outside with such a great view. The unit is clean and got almost everything we need for our stay. Always drive nearby, but this time we stopped to stay overnight. Highly recommended and definitely will revisit whenever my path will take me back to Mersing.
