USLiked: spacious rooms, amenities including in unit washer/dryer and mini fridge. Felt like a great place for a long term stay.
Disliked: dryer needed service and didn't function. Room was hot at the time and couldn't figure out the AC! Instructions would be nice. We didn't spend enough time in the room to mess with it.

GBNo-frills accommodation very close to the city centre. It's within a long-term residential structure so bear that in mind...
It may be better value for money if booked for a longer stay. Facilities were very minimal. Kitchenware not to be relied upon, I chose the studio because of the kitchenette but ended up ordering takeaways.
FRHonestly, everything was perfect. The staff is really helpful and kind and the location is so good. The room is great, it’s quiet and it has all the utilities we needed. We loved our stay here !

Heater didn’t work the first night, how ever they did give us a heater to plug in but it kept cutting out. First night was cold. They changed the heater the second night so the room was more comfortable then. Photos are not what you get. Basic student dorm room.
IEThe location is excellent. It is located in gated student accommodation. A few minutes walking distance from Calton Hills and close to Old town (Victoria St., Castle, city centre, etc.). The neighbour is quiet and safe. The studio was well equipped (cooking utensils, towels, hair drier, toiletries, etc.), WiFi, small desk. Highly recommended.
There is no kettle nor TV and cleaning could be improved, especially the bed's clothing.

AZGBGreat location, spacious, towels, cosmetics, hair dryer provided.l as wasn't sure what to expect. Fab that heating was on as it was really cold, rainy and windy couple of days. Powerful shower. Quiet. All one might need for a last minute solo visit to Edinburgh during the festival. Thank you.
The need to share passport on the app prior to arrival. Felt unnecessary and stressful as things didn't go according to plan and there was an issue with the app.
