Gervasi Apartment alla Kalsa by Wonderful Italy

Good kitchen, awesome layout, great location

Hot on the second level, fans just circulated hot air. The first floor was perfectly cool though. Using all the appliances will trigger the breaker, but that's an easy fix

The apartment was okay. The loft bedroom was unbearably hot despite the air conditioning. Communication was a bit difficult since it was a third party (wonderful Italy). There were no plates or cups. The soaps provided were empty bottles. No trash cans in the restrooms. The location isn’t the best in Salerno. You get what you pay for

We liked the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was fully furnished. Everything was very clean. The only issues were the complimentary bathroom shower gel was empty and one of the bathroom sinks wasn't draining properly. And the last thing is there are a lot of stairs so you'll need to be in good shape.

Apartment is spacious enough for two couples, and it has a washing machine.

This apartment is a fifth floor walkup -- very challenging, especially if you are lugging suitcases. There are also two sets of steps once you actually get into the apartment. In addition, neither bathroom (there are two) had a properly flushing toilet. Management was not helpful in this regard. Finally, the property sent a barage of emails prior to our arrival regardless of the fact that we had already paid.
