Modern Designed Studio Condo Near Ayala Centrio

Close to all shops of all needs and purpose.

You have to pay for amenities like pool and parking but understand that this is the Philippines and anything extra is paid for. Otherwise, I love everything about the condo.

Overall, it was a great place to stay. The bed was very comfy, and the room had everything i needed for a short stay, including a strong wifi, shower heater, microwave, electric kettle, stove, and other kitchen stuff. The location was also very convenient - just a short walk from restaurants and centrio mall. Even the lobby guards, are very accommodating and were helpful during the check-in & out process.

However, there were a couple of things that bothered me. First, the bed sheets didn’t seem freshly washed - i could still detect a faint smell as if someone had used them before me, even though the room itself was very clean and tidy. Another strange experience I had was with the smart TV. I’m not sure if this is normal, but it was definitely unsettling. The TV was plugged in but switched off - until it suddenly turned on by itself while I was lying in bed. The remote was far away from me, so there was no way i had accidentally pressed it. I got up, turned it off with the remote, but a few moments later, it powered on again. At that point, i decided to unplug it completely. I can’t imagine how creepy that would have been if it happened at 3AM! 😬

Everything was good location wise, neatness, room scent was conducive to my sleep, sheets were comfortable, safe lovation coz the building security were so adept..love everything
