"Other than the parking issue the condo was a great alternative to a hotel room."

The location was excellent. The condo was immaculate, and the host returned calls promptly. The rooftop terrace was a great bonus as was the pool. It was nice to have a kitchen for a quick breakfast instead of going out.

The parking was a block away and had issues with the parking pass. Not sure it was the host's fault as opposed to the parking garage but would be nice to tell people parking is not on site. Also, the parking garage is old and confusing to get in and out of. Have to park on the 3rd floor.

Apartment and location were great. Roof-top patio was really nice.

Our bed sheets and towels were wet and needed to be dried in the dryer. They were put back on the bed and hung in the bathroom wet. This was really our only complaint,

Condo was beautiful and perfect size,conveniently located downtown close to tons of restaurants, bars etc..host was super friendly and went overboard to assist us with things..highly recommend 😊

"Owners won't refund parking paid out of pocket."

It was a nice condo.

The pool was closed for maintenance while I stayed, owners claimed to not know. The rooftop patio also was not very well maintained, there is not a propane tank for the grill. Parking was to be included in the price, parking fob did not work and I had to pay additional for parking. Owners sent 2 different sets of instructions on where to leave keys and how to get into the building it was quite confusing. I tried working directly with the owners to get reimbursed for parking and because the pool was closed(one of the primary reasons I chose location), I got no response. I went through the app and also got no refunds. I would not choose this location again nor would I recommend it.
