USUSI enjoyed the ease of check-in and check-out as well as the quiet area of the home.
The door was cracked open upon arrival and there was still food in the garbage and fridge. We also encountered a water issue in the kitchen and had muddy water from the sink the entire stay. Lastly, there was mildew on the shower curtain liner.
USI liked the location, it’s about 12 minutes from the strip. I loved the setup and decor. It was perfect for my family of 5. Beautiful view of the smoky mountains from the front porch.
We had some issues that I think should’ve been taken care of before we arrived.
