Breathtaking Scenery and Cozy Comfort in Bergen

location is awesome if you have a car or motorcycle but on foot you need to walk uphill at least 15 to 25 minutes from bus or railway, not a problem for us but could be for some

Clean and comfortable. The road to his place is narrow but doable (as advertised). Bed arrangement also as advertised where there's only one 'entry point' which didn't really bother us.

A bit too perfumey (as I get migraines from strong fragrance) so I have to put the fragrance outside the apartment. You get the whole apartment to yourself but it's on the lower floor of a house so you get to hear every step from upstairs. Otto is a morning person, so he gets up early so it's quite hard to sleep in.

This place was very modern and clean. Views were lovely. It was a short walk down the hill to the supermarket and light rail. We felt right at home here and it didn't lack anything.

It is “all inclusive” property. After a week of travelling around Norway, it was for the first time when we didn’t need to do our beds, cleaning property in the morning, etc. Just sit, take a cup of tea (provided) with chocolate (thank you for the host’s complement), fully relax and enjoy the view. The same in the morning - just pack your bags and leave. The “manual” for property is great and answer all your questions. The location is good for airport or arriving to Bergen after travelling to fjords. We also enjoy getting to town in the morning - you can rent scooter (plenty around), drive to light trail station, take a train and experience non-touristic Bergen.

Nothing to dislike. Nice modern city apartment, you feel like in a small hotel.

This nice apartment had everything our family of three needed for a short stay. The view was great and we loved being in the middle of a real norwegian neighborhood. There’s access to a beautiful trail nearby. Otto provided us with very clear parking directions, so this part was easy.

The apartment was very good-looking. It is perfect for 3-4 people. The bathroom and kitchen were very big with plenty of space to move around. The location was perfect for a visit to Bergen or to the surrounding nature of Bergen. It is located in a quiet neighborhood so there's not a lot of noise around you.

Parking might be a little tricky because the streets are narrow. But there were people with a van so it is possible to park.
