Near Anfield for Lana del Rey concert

We were very disappointed with booking .com. We found out from SGN that we were double booked which booking . Com had not let us know. Simply Good night were amazing with us found us a room with then which was a mile further out then where we should have been staying.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was a decent size. Not a bad location if staying for the stadium for work.

It's a shared accommodation with one toilet, so the toilet wasn't the cleanest or most private of places. The parking is difficult to find, and when I parked in a free parking space, on the road opposite the accommodation, I was met by an extremely aggressive resident who told me if his van was there my car would be getting linched and to get the f*ck out of here. Lovely local.

The location was very good for a concert at Anfield. The room was clean.

There seemed to be only one bathroom/toilet shared between 5 bedrooms which I think was unacceptable. This bathroom wasn't on the same floor as my room. The heating was turned off and not able to be turned on. The instructions said this was done from beginning of summer until autumn regardless of weather or temperature outside. The room was very basic with not even a mirror. The price was unreasonably inflated to £125 for the night because of the concert on at Anfield, for room only. This seemed far too high for a basic single bedroom sharing a bathroom with potentially 8 other people regardless of demand. I imagine the normal price for the room would be about £40-50 per night in which case you would be getting what you would expect for the price. The key safe number and instructions were only sent at the time of entry. I can see that they wouldn't want people turning up too early but for people travelling some distance and using GPS it meant in my case that my phone was nearly out of battery by the time I received instructions. I wouldn't stay here again but if at a much lower price I imagine it would be acceptable for a one night stay on a budget

The woman was fantastic at keeping me up to date. Lovely spacious room.

Needs blackout blinds as street lights shine through windows and would help reduce traffic noise. The bathroom needs updating! Be better to have tea and coffee in the rooms rather than go downstairs. Which we decided not to as to waje others.. The person downstairs blasting out Bruce Springsteen late into the night didn't help
