Appartamento molto carino situato a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro con negozi e ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze. Il proprietario disponibilissimo e molto gentile!

A mio avviso manca in cucina un tostapane e un microonde!

"Lovely apartment, great host. Would recommend"

Very central apartment in Bologna. Host was amazingly helpful and very accommodating to our flight times. The apartment was perfect for three friends travelling and had everything we could need. Near to a supermarket for food shopping and a lovely little balcony for the evenings too.

Be aware that there is no lift to the apartment so if you have mobility issues then you will struggle to get up the stairs as it is in a beautifully old building.

Correu tudo super bem! Gianmaria deixou-nos colocar as nossas coisas no apartamento antes da hora de check-in. Deu-nos indicações para visitar a cidade e foi sempre muito prestavel, mandando mensagem para saber se estava tudo bem. O apartamento estava super limpo e como descrito. A varanda é um bonus! Tinha chá e café à disposição bem como os temperos básicos para cozinhar

"Schönes Appartment mit einer tollen Gastgeberin."

Die Übergabe und die Kommunikation mit Ginamaria waren super. Das Appartment erfüllte voll unsere Erwartungen. Leidglich ein weiteres kleines Regal im Bad, ein Toaster und etwas bequemere Stühle auf dem Balkon wären das I-Tüppfelchen für diese ansonsten perfekte Wohnung. Einen herzlichen Dank nochmals an Ginamaria, die uns immer schnell und freundlich unterstützt hat. Gern wieder.

"Cozy apartment, great for family with teens"

Clean and cozy apartment, quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and a short walk to the city center. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony both morning and night. I appreciated the washing machine and iron+ironing board. The host was very helpful and let us check in early, good communication. There’s a park at the end of the road, with several beer/food trucks, live music and great vibes at night.
