I would highly recommend Elisa's flat! The location is ideal, very close to the port and all the attractions of Genoa. The flat very well equipped, has everything you need for a stay of a few days as well as longer. Elisa is very friendly. She explained in detail what to visit and where to eat. Contact with her was very quick and helpful.

The flat is on the 4th floor without an elevator, the staircase is very narrow. If someone has problems entering, this can be quite a handicap. However, I think that most of the facilities in Genoa look like this, due to the layout of the city and the architecture of the buildings.

We had a great stay in Elisa's apartment. We were warmly welcomed, shown to a private garage box and the apartment which was close by. There we got loads of information on what to see, where to eat and what to do. She was always ready to answer questions, even after check in. The apartment is very well located to reach by car, and check out the harbor and historic center. It's also quiet. The kitchen is well equipped. Checkout was a breeze as well. Thanks again for everything!

There were a few stairs to climb, but we got used to it. Luckily the weather was not very hot :).

The apartment was big and comfterbul! With the big lovley windos you got a amazing view up and true the street! It was also fully armed kitchen , so you could by from de delis around Genova and cock at home! also Lovely resturantes/cafes just 300 m from the apartment!

We didn't stay due to property location and access to property being very difficult . This wasn't clearly described on Booking .com site. In fact, it was deceiving .text messages later received explaining 5 floor apartment with no lifts came too late to cancel the booking ,so we opted to stay in another hotel. I had asked the property manager for some reimbursement but wasn't obliging booking .com must be accountable in publishing false information.

Elisa was wonderful with us, very prestative and generous. She explained everything about the city to us with an amazing humor and felt like we was at home. Also, the pesto was amazing. Thank you so much.

We loved our time in Genova! Our stay was close to perfect, which Elisa played a large part in. From our arrival till departure she was extremely helpful and friendly, and she was very flexible with the check in time. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Elisa her enthusiasm and some delicious pesto and a glass of prosecco. The apartment is a hidden gem in the maze of little streets and stairs, where Elisa helped us carry our luggage and guided us to the apartment. After dropping off our luggage and showing the apartment, we were a little overwhelmed by the chaos of the city and we did not know where to park, Elisa had shared some free parking spaces in advance, but we experienced some trouble finding them, then she offered to show us with her scooter and we could follow. We were very lucky to find a spot and could park for free throughout our entire stay and just had to walk for little over 10 minutes to the apartment, which is centrally located, walking into the city centre within minutes, and just 10 minutes to the train station. Elisa really presented her self as a friend in the city, providing us with many tips and local recommendations, which we absolutely loved. The apartment was tastefully decorated, very cute, and fully equipped, including fans and good WiFi connection. Overall, we had an amazing stay, thanks a lot!

We loved our stay in Elisa's place in Genova. The apartment was super central, the neighborhood had many markets and little stores around and you could walk to everywhere from there. Elisa was extremely helpful, she met us to give us the keys of the place on time and she gave us plenty and great information about the city, where to go, where to eat etc. Even when we had questions, non related with the apartment, she was always willing to guide us and help us. Thanks a million Elisa, our stay in Genova wouldn't be the same without you :)

Nothing to mention, we are overall very pleased with our stay there.
