Grote kamer
Personeel aan de receptie is een jonge man die niets kent van de job en geen enkele interesse heeft om de klanten te helpen. Bijvoorbeeld: hij zat buiten aan de trap aan het telefoneren terwijl wij onze koffers op de trappen moesten dragen. De gsm is zijn enige interessepunt. Veel te kleine badkamer in de kamer.
