So we had problem with the hot water in the apartment.. We went to just for a Night there.. all day we was in the beach plus was so hot I was sweating a lot and we went back home and no hot water at all to do a shower… we paid less money for the house but we really wanted hot water, not a discount.. we just book the apartment to sleep and to have a shower this is the main reason u book a apartment… they couldn’t fix the hot water so we left from there next day without a shower 😞

Very good communication with Ariti (the manager). She gave us all the necessary information for a very simple check-in and a comfortable stay. The apartment is clean and comfortable - as much as is possible in such an old building. Excellent position, right on the edge of the old town. The door to door airport transfer (which cost 25 euros) was also of great help to us. Very much appreciate the honesty of Arisi, who presented us all the other cheaper options of transfer, from the very beginning. We spent 2 very pleasant days in this spartment.

The smallest bedroom, the one with bunk beds, is very difficult to use. Too bad, because it has a great view and the the mattresses seems to be great. There is only one AC in the apartment, placed in the living room - which can efficiently cool the whole apartment only if you keep the doors open - this can be a problem (for us it was not). There is also a problem with water cuts that create discomfort, but this really cannot be controlled, because it is a general problem throughout the island, and the manager is doing his best to to minimize the consequences.

Location

Only 1 AC unit and that was in the LIVING ROOM!!! No AC in the bedrooms! No plugs in the main bedroom! The stairs leading to the apartment hadn’t been cleaned in months!
