GBLocation was perfect. Flat was warm and comfortable. Comfy beds. Kitchen well equipped. We could walk to the shops and restaurants and to the theatre. The parking was very convenient. I would stay there again.
Ashtray on the balcony had not been emptied prior to our stay. Apart from that everything was fine. The towels were fluffy and the bed covers were nice. I really liked it and so did my children. The sofa bed was comfortable for one person.
NLThe apartment complex had a nasty smell. The apartment itself was coming apart. The bathroom had no ventilation and had a damp smell. The internet was spotty, the dials on the oven were not legible. Mentioned no smoking in the apartment but has uncleaned cigarettes in the balcony

There was stains on the floor and inappropriate stains on the long cylinder pillow . I would like to request part of what i paid back as this is not what i paid for.
GBPerfect location and host, check in was easy with free parking. Overall great apartment and would stay again.
Host mentioned they have cleaners although the carpet in the bedroom was not hoovered throughly enough. Thankfully there was a hoover in the property so I was able to resolve without needing any assistance.

There was a lot of hassle we had to chase up company for check in details which were not sent until day of arrival, parking details were not clear, the reception desk would not let us have the apartment key as our stay hadn't been authorised so again we had to contact the company. While at the apartment we had a bailifs letter put under the door!

ESThe person in te reception was 24 hours and try to solve our question, even if he wasn’t the host. The location is really central to the station and the center. Also is close to the theatre where is hosting Hamilton 🎭
The sink was clogged
HKGBI was working big took the teenagers. Central. Clean. Lots space. Great parking

The host ignored most of my questions and requests. Especially wifi: it did not work and I asked right after checking in. The answer came next day after my repeated requests. Collect the keys: the instruction was incorrect and confusing. So I spent unnecessary 15 minutes. If you do not care about these troubles, choose this venue
