Private Outdoor Paradise near the Prospect Park

The property is in an excellent location. If you love to walk, you’re a block from Prospect Park and in between two streets that have restaurants, coffee shops, and the subway station is just a few blocks away as well. Nelson was very responsive and informative and I felt very safe throughout my stay as a solo female traveler. The only thing I would say is if you’re staying for an extended time like I did and traveled with a luggage and carryon, the stairs are very narrow and it’s a 2 floor walk up to get to the unit. You’ll also likely want to bring your own antimicrobial wipes and a dish washing sponge for cleaning. When I arrived there was a tea kettle left on the stove, but no tea bags, so I wasn’t sure if that was made as a welcome gift or left over from someone else’s stay. It’s a very family friendly neighborhood as well so I would think this apt would be perfect location for a small family. I had to work during my stay and the photos do not picture it but there is now a desk in the living room so I was very pleased to find that!
