Everything in the kitchen was clean organised and well stocked . The whole property was clean and welcoming We had to contact the proprietor several times due to extreme weather conditions . They responded promptly and were very helpful

The house was a delight from start to finish. Spotlessly clean and very well furnished throughout. Great attention to detail and everything we wanted for a weekend away. The location was perfect as it was in a lovely quiet spot and yet only 20 - 25 minutes walk from Clifton Village across the Clifton Suspension Bridge.

we were lucky enough to secure the property last minute for an unscheduled stay in the area, I have to say how lucky we were! the property is beautifully furnished and immaculate. "A Peaceful Woodland Retreat" for certain. We will definately be back!

Very spacious, immaculately clean, everything we needed was there and even more! This is a VERY modern and high grade property! Did a run in Ashton Park and it was very near and stunning aesthetics looking over and into the city! Would definitely stay there again and love the city!

We would have initially liked a bed, rather than futon in the extra room, but after it was used it got high appraisal for its comfort!

Attractively styled with great attention to detail. The kitchen was really well equipped with high quality utensils and cooking equipment. Very comfortable and useable. Loved being next to Leigh Woods and we had fun playing table football. Just delightful.

There’s plenty of space for at least two cars, a well-equipped kitchen diner, and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful view into Leigh Woods. Thoughtful touches included use of a dart board and football table in the outdoor building, and delicious coffee beans! Watching squirrels from Leigh Woods hiding acorns and listening to birdsong, whilst sipping coffee outside on the terrace, made for a relaxing start to the day. We enjoyed relaxing in front of the fire, enjoying books from the well-curated collection, after strolling across the Clifton Suspension Bridge into Bristol or exploring Ashton Court.

Well equipped kitchen, very clean property. Bonus of outside seating area if weather is good. Peaceful location but still very close to where we needed to go for wedding celebrations.

This is a fabulous property, very spacious, beautiful decor. It’s was well equipped, clean and comfortable.

The property is stunning. It’s well thought out and everything is good quality and in perfect condition. The property has everything you could possibly need. The property is bright and spacious and in a fantastic location on the edge of the Leigh Woods. Perfect for walks or just listening to the birds in the private garden. The surrounding area has lots to offer and easily walkable.

There was nothing to dislike. It couldn’t be faulted
