"Fantastic sea views"

Great sea views, enjoyed watching the local rabbits and bats. Very well appointed kitchen, top quality appliances including washing machine. Well decorated and furnished cottage. Nice bedrooms and confortable beds. Good bathroom with excellent, powerful shower Good wifi Quiet location. Outdoor furniture is provided. Insect screens on windows. Tesco 6/7 mins driving away. 30/40 mins walk to Yarmouth. Beach 30/40 mins walk away.

No dishwasher as per booking.com description, believe now amended. The bathroom is downstairs, I do not believe this is mentioned in the booking.com description. Two bath towels were provided but only one hand towel. No additional toilet paper or bin bags provided, host contacted and none forthcoming. Two bedrooms and only one fan, seems unfair on 2nd room occupant. Parking is very tight. Our car is 1.8m wide and relied on folk either side parking exactly to centre of their spot. Access road not well finished, mostly a track

"Great location & views, clean and tidy home"

Great location just a 20 minute walk from Yarmouth and brilliant views from the cottage. Fabulous walks close by.

Internal heating control. We had doors and windows open when we were at the cottage resulting in radiators switching on due to low temperatures (not low for us). This made the house very warm, sometimes unbearable. We tried more than several times to stop the radiators from coming on without success.

"Beautiful cottage."

Lovely comfortable cottage. Had everything we needed. The view was lovely. There was a field out the front that the boys could run around in and they enjoyed watching the rabbits. It was a really peaceful location.

The close beach was a pebble one and you are unable to bathe there due to the strong currents. However it was a great spot for crabbing and a very short walk to some good rock pools at Fort Victoria Country Park.
