The apartment is clean modern and comfortable. The bed was comfy and there was a black shade that made the room quite dark at night. The bathroom was modern. Good hot water with moderate water pressure. Comfortable living area. Very secure building. The host was solicitous and tried to be helpful, but was not very successful at that. I never met him. Only exchanged texts.

Finding the apartment was a nightmare because the wrong address is listed on the booking, The apartment is actually about 4 blocks from the drop off. Over 30 minutes I requested help from local people and used WhatsApp (luckily I had bought a phone line) to communicate with the host and finally was let into the building. The location is not tourist friendly, You must take a taxi or walk about 15 minutes to the tram stop. The trams are easy to use and quite modern. There are no restaurants right nearby, but quite a few about 20 minutes walk The apartment is on a moderately busy street across from an elementary school so quite noisy during the day, For me, the worst aspect was the lack of wifi. My devices never found the designated wifi network. I did use one network (which evidently was the wrong one, although it accepted the password) for 3 days which then disappeared. When I requested a good wifi connection, my host insisted that the wifi netwwork he identified was working (because his video camera was working) and told me it must be a problem with my devices. That was the end of the conversation. The host never came to the apartment to be sure I could get wifi. So, no wifi for the remaining 5 days of my trip. Perhaps he was correct and all 3 of my new devices were faulty. But, I doubt it. If you need wifi like I do when traveling then think hard before booking this apartment.
