Nice clean little apartment has everything you need great location for all your needs

Can get a bit noisy with the traffic outside but the you are in the city and get used to it .

Small but had everything we needed even washing machine clean and fresh absolutely great location and not many ants which plaque the Philippines and many hotels and apartments here .

Bit Noisy road traffic but then it is on the main road

"The place to stay when you're in downtown davao"

Location is great! Didn't have to spend so much on transport and there were plenty of jeepneys. Next to abreeza shopping centre if you're looking for good restaurants and shops. Massage spas accessible by walking. There's a nice pool and gym on the 9th floor. View is great, bed is very comfortable. Staff on site to help with needs and owner is also very responsive though I didn't need anything as they provided us with pretty much everything I needed!
