IMPORTANT RULES: We inform our kind customers that: - For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) the marriage certificate is obligatory and must be presented upon check-in. - Sex tourism is strictly prohibited under penalty of immediate expulsion and legal proceedings. - You are asked to adopt a good attitude towards the neighborhood (quiet hours between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.) and to respect local morals and customs. Parties and events are not permitted. - If the nuisance rules are not respected, our agency reserves the right to evict tenants before the end of their stay. - Any additional guests must be declared to the host. - Only families, married couples and single-sex groups are admitted to our accommodations, in compliance with the residence regulations. - Concerning the use of the swimming pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for his family and his children, the Agency assumes no responsibility in the event of negligence by the Tenant. -Note that in the security framework there is a surveillance camera which only displays the front door. Additional fees will be charged to each traveler beyond 3 travelers, note that the maximum is 4 travelersThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
