Elegant Armadale Homestay With Pool at Galacity

We stayed there for two weeks and so far so good. I list the points I would like to express, I think it's easy to read in this way. 1. Lee is a great host. He is reliable and very responsive. I found ants on the wall in the main room and the basin in the bathroom. I WhatsApp the host and he responded very quickly and put an insect spray and ants repellent in the mailbox for me. It solved the ants problems. The other day, the lights in the second bathroom didn't work. I WhatsApp Lee in the morning and he arranged to fix the light in the afternoon on the same day. I appreciated it a lot. 2. The property is very close to the airport. It's within 10 minutes. Although it is close to the airport, I didn't hear any noise from the aeroplanes. Also you can walk to Galacity but it is not a straight through road. Maybe there is an easier way to get around the neighborhood. I am not sure. 3. It is very handy that there is a restaurant on the ground floor of the building. The food is good. 4. The property is clean, nice and very comfortable. It is great that we can see the sunrise and the swimming pool from the balcony. 5. It was great that the swimming pool wasn't crowded. We picked the time there were not many people.

1. The bathrooms could be steamy after shower but there isn't any exhaust fan in the bathrooms. There isn't any light above the mirror. The bathrooms are not bright enough. It's great if there are shelves to put things on (such as face cream and lotion etc) in the bathrooms. 2. There is a shoe cabinet in the doorway inside the property but there isn't any shoe rack or bench outside the property. Otherwise we could sit on the bench to put our shoes on outside of the property. It's cleaner this way I think. 3. There are plates and bowls in the kitchen cabinet. But the bowls are a bit too small. They can't hold a bowl of instant noodles. 4. The kitchen tools are a bit too basic. It's great if there is a paring knife. The chopsticks can roll over if you put them on the bowls because they are in cylinder form. It's great if they are in prism form. 5. The sauna room looks a bit worn out and the running machines in the gym didn't work. I think I would like to give it a 9.5 instead of 9.0, but there isn't 9.5 in the rate system.

环境舒适，很干净，也很靠近泳池。如果没有塞车，去市区是蛮靠近的，距离机场也很靠近。一家大小出门旅行对我来说最重要是可以洗衣和烘干衣服，因为不必带那么多衣服出门。这里洗衣烘衣都具备。

家里没有一个可以锁的lock，感觉缺乏安全感，因为只要谁有钥匙，谁都可以进来家里。如果可以➕个只有在家里面的锁就更好了。

Parking lot drainage is smelly in the morning. Very smelly

Owner is very responsive in replying customers questions. Checking in was smoooooooooth bc instructions are provided by the owner. House is clean, no weird smells. Everything is provided for the customers. Very glad we stayed here & really would recommend to family & friends too!!

perfect family stay . Lee was extremely responsive to all queries. property was immaculate . very clean and all amenities provided apart from a microwave which would have been useful. The property was perfect for my family of five and felt very homey. location was perfect being only few minutes from the airport and also 15 mins from city centre. grab was very easy to get

the pool was under maintenance the whole time we were there . the games room needed to update equipment. foolsball table had some broken bits and the table tennis bats and balls needed changing
