Very close to airport, clean, polite and helpful staff, nice breakfast buffet, complimentary airport shuffle.

I was woken up at 2am by noisy party animals in the corridor. It took 2 calls to the front desk and 2 interventions by staff to quieten it down. Very disappointing as I was trying to get a decent pre flight sleep. Also there were mosquitos in my room, how they got in there is a mystery. The manager made a point of apologising the next morning.

airport pickup, reception, room service and breakfast, all were top class.

Very minor issue: the shower floor in the bathroom is a bit slippery. It would be nice to put something on the tiles to reduce the chance of slipping.

Awesome hotel and the checkin process was too smooth I needed an early checkin and they gave me without any issues , staff is excellent and helpful too There in house restaurant was also worth for breakfast and lunch, the concierge guys and the front desk staff are Friendly and also gave me compliments and free airport pick up n drop

The pool water could be more clean
